Andalusia Library usually receives a handful of printed Illinois tax forms, but no federal forms. Both state and federal forms can be printed from the internet. The websites are: www.irs.gov and tax.illinois.gov (no www). You may use the library computers to print black and white pages for .10 each. Color printing is .25 per page.
Got the Dot? Get a Yellow Dot for your vehicle at the library. We have received a supply of Yellow Dot decals and medical information cards. The Illinois Yellow Dot Program is a statewide initiative designed to provide vital medical information to first responders in the event of an emergency while you are in your vehicle. For more information, contact the library or visit www.yellowdotillinois.org .
The library can also connect you with Talking Books. The Talking Books program allows anyone who is unable to read standard printed material to receive audio books from one of the Talking Book Centers in Illinois. Unlike audio books that are loaned by the library, Talking Books are received and returned through the mail at no cost to the recipient. Applications for the Talking Book program are available at the library.
